The Fair Work Ombudsman asks you to send an enquiry to GPO Box 9887 in your capital city, and to include your phone number so it can contact you. It says it responds within 5 to 7 business days.
How long it takes
Pay by 2:30pm Melbourne time on a business day and it's posted that day, otherwise the next business day. Express Post usually arrives the next business day within Australia Post's network; regular post takes 3 to 7 business days.
