Hearing coming up at NCAT? Upload your submissions, evidence or form as a PDF, Word document or photo. We print it exactly as uploaded and post it with Australia Post: $20 by Express Post or $10 by regular post, up to 12 pages, GST included.
unopost is an independent printing and posting service, not part of NCAT or the New South Wales Government. We post what you upload; we can't tell you what to file or whether it meets a deadline.
What NCAT asks for
NCAT says submissions must be provided as printed copies, by post or in person at a registry. It won't pass them on to the other party for you: it's up to you to send your own submissions to them.
Your notice of hearing and any directions for your case come first. Read NCAT's guidance.

Posting to the other party
NCAT leaves it to you to give the landlord, tenant, agent, builder or other party a copy of what you're relying on. Post the same document again with their address in the Send to fields.
Every letter is tracked, and we email you the Australia Post tracking number once it's lodged. Express Post adds free signature on delivery, a record of the handover. Whether that's the proof NCAT needs is up to NCAT.
Posting to NCAT before a deadline
Pay by 2:30pm Sydney time on a business day and it's posted that day, otherwise the next business day. Express Post usually arrives the next business day within Australia Post's network; regular post takes 3 to 7 business days.
Those are Australia Post's estimates, not a guarantee. If the deadline is a day or two away, use Express Post, or lodge online or in person where NCAT allows it.
