How long it takes
Pay by 2:30pm Melbourne time on a business day and it's posted that day, otherwise the next business day. Express Post usually arrives the next business day within Australia Post's network; regular post takes 3 to 7 business days.
Those are Australia Post's estimates, not a guarantee. Every letter is tracked, and we email you the tracking number once it's lodged. If a due date is a day or two away, use Express Post, or an online service where Child Support offers one.
