Why Unopost

Your document stays in Australia
It's stored on servers in Sydney, then printed, enveloped by hand and posted from Melbourne. No overseas print house, and no copy kept once your letter is lodged.
Tracking, free on every letter
Regular post and Express Post both go with Australia Post tracking at no extra cost. We email you the number once your letter is lodged.

What we do
A bond dispute, a letter to council, a form an agency won't take by email. Upload your document and we print it, envelope it by hand and lodge it with Australia Post, tracked, to an address in Australia. Unopost is a digital-to-physical mail service that prints, folds and posts your letter for you.
Who uses Unopost
Tenants and landlords writing to tribunals, small businesses sending notices and invoices, Australians overseas dealing with agencies back home, and anyone without a printer or the time to queue at the post office.
Prints, posted to you
No printer, and no time for Officeworks? Send it to your own address and we'll post your prints to you. Colour costs the same as black and white: $0.30 a page after the first 20.
Who we are
Made by the team behind unofax. Real people answer every email to support@unopost.com.au, usually within one business day.

Upload your document
A PDF, Word document or phone photo, up to 80 pages and 50 MB. We lay it out on A4, keeping your colours.
Choose postage
Express Post usually arrives the next business day; regular post takes 3 to 7 business days. Double-sided and black-and-white printing, and stapling up to 12 pages, are free. Regular post is folded to fit a letterbox; Express Post goes flat in a B4 envelope. Add signature on delivery for $5; with regular post, that's Registered post.
Enter the address
Any street address or PO Box in every state and territory. Add a return address so undeliverable mail comes back to you.
Preview and pay
Check every page exactly as it will print, and the total. Pay by card or digital wallet. Prices are in Australian dollars, GST included.
Printed and posted
We print it on 80gsm A4 and envelope it by hand. Pay by 2:30pm Melbourne time on a business day and it's lodged that day. We email you the tracking number once it's with Australia Post.

Posted on time, or refunded
If we can't post your letter, or don't post it by 11:59pm Melbourne time on the day we promise, you're refunded in full.
Posted, then deleted
Your document is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every copy is permanently deleted once your letter is lodged, or after 14 days if it isn't paid for or can't be posted.
No account needed
Nothing to sign up for. We only ask for your email, to send your tracking number.
Secure payments
Payments are processed by Square. Your card details never touch our servers.
