A birthday, a thank-you, a sorry. Some things deserve more than a text, but finding a card, writing it neatly and getting it to the post office takes an afternoon you don't have.
That's what Snailgram is for. It's made by the team behind Unopost: you type the message, a real pen writes it inside the card in ink, and we post it to arrive on the day you pick. It's open now.
Start a cardFree to design. You only pay when you send it.
How it works
- Describe a cover in one sentence, such as "Peonies for Mum's sixtieth", and choose from three designs made from it.
- Write your message. We never edit, rewrite or suggest a word.
- Pick a handwriting style, add the address and choose the day it should arrive.
- We print the cover, the pen writes your message, and we post it in time.
Real ink, not a font
The message isn't printed. A machine holds a real pen and writes every letter in blue ink, exactly as you typed it. It isn't written by a person's hand, but it's your words, in ink, on a real card.
Want it in your own handwriting? Try the beta: add a photo of your writing and the pen learns to write like you.
What it costs
$50 all in: the cover, your message in ink, the envelope, the stamp and delivery anywhere in Australia. Your first card is 30% off. No account needed.
Each card goes by tracked Express Post within one business day, for next business day delivery to most capital-city postcodes and three business days everywhere else. Cards go to Australian addresses only for now.
