No. Australia Post's website doesn't list document printing as a service. Post offices sell stamps, envelopes and paper, and take your letter once it's printed.
No printer and something to post? Upload the file and we print and post it for you, tracked, from $10.
Checked against Australia Post's website on 5 October 2026. Its Print Post is a bulk mail service for magazines and catalogues, not a printing service.
If you're printing it to post it
Skip both trips. Upload the file and we print and post it for you, with an Australia Post tracking number.
- $10 by regular post for up to 12 pages, or $20 by Express Post for up to 20, then $0.30 a page. GST included.
- Colour and double-sided printing cost nothing extra.
- Paid by 2:30pm Melbourne time on a business day, posted that day.
What a post office does do
- Sells envelopes, stamps and A4 paper.
- Prints a parcel label you've paid for online, at participating post offices.
- Some outlets have a photocopier. That's up to each one, so ring yours before you go.
Where to print a document
- A print shop such as Officeworks, from a USB stick or an online order. See what Officeworks charges.
- Your local library. Most charge by the page.
- Online: we print it and post it to you, usually by the next business day.
If you need the paper yourself
Put your own address in Send to and choose Express Post. It arrives flat in a B4 envelope, usually the next business day, for $20. Upload a document.
The short version
Post offices post documents; they don't list printing them. Print at a print shop or library, or upload it here and have it printed and posted from $10.
